As-Souq 1919, like many large-scale public venues, faces a universal challenge. Visitors must be able to navigate the space easily, discover all it has to offer, and receive timely information. However, this challenge is amplified by the unique environmental conditions of Muscat.

Deploying digital technology in Oman requires a solution engineered to overcome several critical obstacles:
